Tuesday's race fillies and mares category at Magic Millions' National Broodmare Sale contains the mares who command most of the headlines, but some valuable stock will go through on Wednesday in the broodmare section.

Below is a look at some of the mares who will be offered, many of them in-foal to some of the country's best stallions.

Lot 659 – Femme Fireball (Pierro x Subtitle)

Vinery Stud will offer the rising 11-year-old, whose stocks gained a significant increase earlier in the month when her daughter of Dundeel, who goes by the name of Femminile, won the Group 1 South Australian Derby. She will be offered believed to be in-foal to young Darley stallion Anamoe. She will go through the day after her star product is offered with Femminile to go through late on Day 1 as one of the star entries in the supplementary section of the race fillies and mares category.

Lot 684 – Hidden Flame (Pierro Musidora)

The five-year-old mare is out of a Rock Of Gibraltar who is also the dam of Golden Slipper and Blue Diamond placegetter Tulip and Group 3 Caulfield Classic winner Sacred Eye. She holds a special place in the catalogue as the only mare being offered who is believed to be in-foal to four-time champion stallion Snitzel.

Lot 690 – Hot Art (Excellent Art x Hell It's Hot)

Closing in on 15 years of age, the Fernrigg Farm mare is a half-sister to two-time Group 1 winner and proven producer In Her Time. She is being offered in-foal to Rich Enuff, which means she is carrying a full relation to Listed Alinghi Stakes winner Lempicka, who is the best of her three to race. Lempicka is also on the Gold Coast with that six-year-old mare a part of the race fillies and mares section.

Lot 842 – Stellar Pauline (Not A Single Doubt x Negotiate)

Stellar Pauline was one of the most precocious fillies of her generation, finishing runner-up to Away Game in the Magic Millions 2YO Classic and also the Gimcrack Stakes and Sweet Embrace Stakes at Group 3 level, and she is well-related being a sister to Group 1 sprinter Secret Agenda and a half-sister to multiple Group 1 placegetter Tutta La Vita. Adding to her appeal is that she is young – seven years of age – and is in-foal to I Am Invincible.

Lot 912 – Alucinari (Street Cry x Hallucinates)

One of five lots by the former star Darley stallion, the sire of Winx, the rising 13-year-old presents a unique lot in that she was one of 14 mares to pay a visit to Caulfield Guineas winner Golden Mile, who has since been gelded and has recommenced his racing career. Alucinari has had five named-foals, four of whom have raced for three winners, including city victor and Group 3 JHB Carr Stakes runner-up Portray.

Lot 920 – Aristia (Lonhro x Nakaaya)

The 2019 VRC Oaks winner is one of three Group 1 winners who will be offered via the broodmare section and will go through carrying a foal by reigning three-time Australian Champion Stallion, I Am Invincible, off a September 12 cover. That will be her third foal, the others being an unraced two-year-old Zoustar colt by the name of Staristia who was a $725,000 Easter yearling and filly by Maurice who sold for $450,000 at the same sale earlier this year. The other Group 1 winners being offered on Wednesday at Kiwis Volpe Veloca, who is also in-foal to I Am Invincible, and Ulanova, who is in-foal to Zoustar.
