MTCJC welcomes latest GRA approvals as season launch draws closer.

The Mauritius Turf Club Jockey Club (MTCJC) welcomes the latest announcement from the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA), which has officially granted trainer licences to the following five trainers:

• Jevin Awotar
• Samraj Mahadia
• Selvom Mootien
• Arveen Nagadoo
• Amar Sewdyal

This brings the total number of licensed trainers for the 2025 Racing Season to eleven.

As we edge closer to the official reopening of the 2025 racing season, the MTCJC reiterates its full support for a fair, dynamic, and well-regulated racing environment.
