Seoul Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million
Competitive maiden with three of the eleven racing for the first time. (4) RAON THE BIG RED went back to trial between his first and second starts and was much improved in the latter, running 3rd at this distance on May 25th. Third up he can be peaking and from a good draw, he can win. (8) AFLEET RUN has four top five finishes from his five outings to date with his best being a 2nd place at this distance in March. He should be on pace here and can be in this a long way. Among the first timers, (2) MUJEHAN GEUP looks the most likely to make an immediate impact based on trials. Returning to the experience, (7) BEST DREAM and (10) SPICE BAND may improve.
Selections | (4) Raon The Big Red (8) Afleet Run (2) Mujehan Geup (7) Best Dream |

Seoul Race 2: Class 6 (1400M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million
Fillies only in this maiden. (7) GYEOUL JANGMI enters off a 2nd and a 3rd from her latest two, both at 1300M and both times settling midfield and running on. The step up to 1400M can suit and she is the one to beat here. The danger is (10) CLUB Q. She has a 3rd and a 2nd in her two outings, the latter at 1300M on June 1sr. She too has been doing her best work late and third up she can be peaking. (11) WONDERFUL CATHAY was an improved 3rd at start number five when tried at this distance for the first time on May 24th and while she has the challenge of the widest gate, she can build on that here. (9) GEOLJAK CHUKJE and (2) TRIPLE JENNY among plenty of others in the placing frame.
Selections | (7) Gyeoul Jangmi (10) Club Q (11) Wonderful Cathay (9) Geoljak Chukje |

Seoul Race 3: Class 5 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million
(2) KING WARRIOR got his maiden win two outings back at this distance and followed up with a solid 4th place at 1400M on his first try at this class on May 18th when he led for much of the way around. He is fairly weighted, draws well to lead, and cut slightly back in trip he can go all the way. (7) YEONGGWANGUI SKY had been building towards a maiden win, and it duly arrived on May 25th when he led all the way over 1200M. He comes up in class and slightly in trip, but he is down in weight, and he can measure up. (4) POWER BAND has a 3rd and a 4th from his latest two, both at this class over 1400M and under a light weight she can be there or thereabouts again. (8) SONE SONJABGO and (3) FREE TIME are the other minor money chances.
Selections | (2) King Warrior (7) Yeonggwangui Sky (4) Power Band (8) Sone Sonjabgo |

Busan Race 1: Class 6 (1200M) Special Weight A / KRW 30 Million
Maidens with four of the eleven racing for the first time. After an ordinary debut, (11) GRAND MORE was a significantly improved 2nd at start number two on May 16th, leading for most of the way and only going down very narrowly. He needs to navigate the widest gate but if he gets to the front he will be difficult to pass. (4) WORLD TOP TIER was a creditable 3rd on debut over 1200M on May 23rd. She should have come on for that run and shapes as the main danger. Among the first timers, (7) CHAMPUI SIDAE ran 3rd in a fair time in a trial in late May and if she brings that form to the races, she can be competitive first up. (5) JIJONSANBANG also hinted at ability across two heats and can be considered. Returning to experienced ones, (3) OWNER CHAMP is perhaps the next most likely to improve.
Selections | (11) Grand More (4) World Top Tier (7) Champui Sidae (5) Jijonsanbang |

Seoul Race 4: Class 5 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million
(6) FUNNY TAP raced twice last autumn for one win over this distance and then didn't re-appear until May. She looked very good on her return, finishing 2nd at this class and distance on May 24th. She should strip fitter for that run, and she will be a hot favourite to go one better here. It's been a while since (8) SOLAIRE got his solitary win, but he comes in with recent form reading well with a 3rd, a 2nd, and a 4th from his latest three, most recently behind Funny Tap in that May 24th race. He likes to come from off the pace, and he can be a danger late here. (5) GANDAGO was a winner at this class over 1400M two starts back and while he can mix his form, can be in the finish again. (2) GROW, a big price winner at this class last time, along with (4) ARCH RUNNER, are other place chances.

Busan Race 2: Class 5 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million
Loads enter in good form, so we'll take a chance on (11) BEOLGYOUI HIM. He stepped up to this distance on May 9th and scored his maiden win, running on well. He is up in class but down in weight, the wide draw shouldn't matter, and he may be available at an each-way price. (1) ALL ROUND ONE ran 4th on debut last autumn and then didn't run again until May 23rd when he returned a winner at 1200M. He is up in class and in trip but down in weight, draws well, and second up he can strip even fitter. (10) MEGA MACHINE and (7) SUN JAE came home 3rd and 4th respectively when they raced one another at over 1300M on June 1st and both can be in the mix again. (3) HANEUL SINHWA another in the frame in a race of many chances.

Seoul Race 5: Class 5 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 45 Million
(2) SPEED CARA has been getting closer to a second win, most recently running 3rd this class and distance on May 31st. He was sent back to trial after that which he came through very well last week and so long as he didn't leave his race in the heat, he is the one to beat here. (6) GWANAKSAN GLOBAL got his maiden win at 1700M on June 1st having led all the way. He is up in class here as well as slightly in trip, but he is down in weight and should be on the pace again with every chance of being in it until the finish. (5) HYEOKMYEONGUIJILJU is yet to win in six attempts but has five top five finishes and the step up to two turns for the first time may suit. (8) SHARKTEN and (3) VICTORY QUEEN other place chances in this company.

Busan Race 3: Class 4 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million
It's trainer Kim Young-kwan's last day and he can sign off with a winner in (6) JULGEOUN DONGHANG. She enters off a 3rd place at a mile on June 6th when she led for much of the way around and cutting back in trip here, she can lead again, and this time go all the way. (3) MORNING DEW is the danger. It's been a while since his sole win, but he has a 2nd and a 3rd from his latest two, both at this distance and while that brings him up in class, he comes down a full 5.5kg in weight, which should put him right in this. (9) SANGIM BOLT comes in having run 3rd at 1200M on June 8th. He was 2nd on his only previous try at this distance and that's enough to put him firmly in this. The recent form falls off after those three with (11) JEONSEOLUISUNGAN and (2) CHEONGHO BOSS perhaps the best of the rest.
Selections | (6) Julgeoun Donghang (3) Morning Dew (9) Sangim Bolt (11) Jeonseoluisungan |
Next Best | 2, 1 |

Seoul Race 6: Class 4 (1400M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million
Two standouts here. (1) MUNHAK BOY comes in having beaten three of today's rivals when winning at this class and distance on June 1st, leading all the way. He comes up a full 4kg in weight, but he has the same inside gate, and he can win again. (7) TAPDINE has won two of his latest three to be rapidly promoted to this class. Both those victories were at this distance and under a light weight and with Moon Se-young staying on, he will have plenty of backers to prevail once more. (10) LEGEND WOW was a smart winner from off the pace over 1300M on May 17th and while up in class, he is down in weight and can measure up at each-way odds. (8) JEONGSEONG VICE and (2) BOLLIN are among plenty of other place chances.

Busan Race 4: Class 4 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million
This is tricky. (10) CATCH THE DREAM was last seen as an also-ran in the Korean Oaks where she showed handy early but ultimately ran last. She enters fresh after eight weeks off and previously was 2nd at this class at 1400M. Under a light weight and with Franco on, she is worth another chance. (3) BEST CHAMP enters off a class and distance 2nd on June 1st when coming from midfield and beating a couple of today's rivals. He has won at this trip and should be close again. (8) SEKWANG LIGHT and (7) MAKE IT BETTER both come up in class after winning their respective last starts at 1400M and a mile. Both are down n weight and both can be competitive in this company. Veteran (2) MILK DAY has been running well of late and can pick up some minor money again.
Selections | (10) Catch The Dream (3) Best Champ (8) Sekwang Light (7) Make It Better |

Seoul Race 7: Class 4 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million
(5) GEUMAK JINJU was a very narrowly beaten favourite at this class over 1200M on May 31st when 2nd all the way around. He has won at this class and at this distance and he can go one better today. That will mean overturning the form on (4) SONGAM SKY, who won that May 31st race, making all the running. That was her second win in a row and her third in her last four starts. She comes up 2kg in weight today but is the main danger and it would be no surprise if she completed her hat-trick. (6) BLUE RACER came from well off the pace to run 3rd at this class over 1400M on June 1st. He has won at this trip and lightly weighted can be in the mix. (11) YESULIYA and (2) BISANG DAY are others to consider on a place line.

Busan Race 5: Class 3 (1600M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million
(2) WONDAEHAN KKUM won back-to-back races in February and April at a mile before running 3rd on his first try at this class on June 1st, also over the 1600M, beating a few of today's rivals in the process. He remains under a light weight, he draws well, and he can return to winning ways here. (7) DALBITSANYANGKKUN has won at this class and distance and most recently ran 3rd at 1800M in March. He looked very well in a quick trial two weeks ago and while he has his fair share of weight, can be close here. (1) AKARAKA has won at this trip and from the inside gate and carrying a light weight could make for some each-way appeal. (9) AMAZING KHAN and (10) WIND BULLET are other chances.
Selections | (2) Wondaehan Kkum (7) Dalbitsanyangkkun (1) Akaraka (9) Amazing Khan |

Seoul Race 8: Class 4 (1300M) Handicap / KRW 60 Million
(3) GINSHARI BOY has won three of his last four, including one at this distance and most recently at this class on May 25th. He has his fair share of weight to carry, but that's balanced by a good draw, Moon Se-young stays on, and he can win again. (5) SILVER RAIN hasn't raced since weakening in Seoul's Classic trial in February. A Listed juvenile winner last September, he looked sensational when winning a trial on June 5th and if he brings that form to the races, he can't be ruled out. (9) WIN CATCHER was 3rd at this class over 1200M on June 8th having started at big odds. That was by far his best to date but in this limited company, he can aim to match it. (6) ANDAMIRO and (2) TAEKHAN other minor money chances.

Busan Race 6: Class Open (1600M) Weight for Age / Owners' Cup (KOR G3) / KRW 500 Million
(10) SPEED YOUNG has spent much of his career chasing stablemate Global Hit's tail but in his absence, he won this race last year and while he hasn't been in the winner's circle since, he has held his form finishing between 2nd and 4th in his seven subsequent starts, all at Group level and at distances between 1200M and 2300M. The wide draw shouldn't matter, and he can successfully defend. (3) WONPYEONG STORM won his first five in fine style but found the March's Herald Business over 2000M a bit too much too soon. He had two months off after that and returned to win well at a mile at class 1 level on May 25th. This should suit and he can be the danger. (1) DESPITE WIN is a winner of five from nine. He tackles Group company for the first time and can measure up. This may be a bit short for (16) SUCCESS BAEKPA and he has the widest gate to navigate. Nevertheless, his quality can see him close. (2) FINAL K is another up and coming three-year-old import who enters on a winning streak of four and like Wonpyeong Storm, can take advantage of his weight allowance and run a big race.
Selections | (10) Speed Young (3) Wonpyeong Storm (1) Despite Win (16) Success Baekpa |

Seoul Race 9: Class 3 (1200M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million
(2) NAVY CAPTAIN beat several of today's rivals on his way to victory at this class and distance on May 18th, leading from gate to wire. He comes up a full 4kg in weight, but that's balanced somewhat by a good draw, and he can repeat. (7) DRAGON KINGDOM returned from almost a year out in April to win first-up and then run 2nd, both at 1400M. He comes up in class as a result but is down 5.5kg in weight, he is one for one at 1200M and third up he can be peaking fitness wise. (3) BONGHWA STAY was a close 2nd to Navy Captain at big odds in that May 18th race. He gets a weight swing in his favour and from a better gate, he can be in the mix again. (9) RAON TAP PLAY and (4) VILLARRICA, the latter 4th in that May 18th race, are other place chances.
Selections | (2) Navy Captain (7) Dragon Kingdom (3) Bonghwa Stay (9) Raon Tap Play |

Seoul Race 10: Class 3 (1800M) Handicap / KRW 75 Million
(2) SEIRENE has won just twice from nineteen starts, but one of them was the final leg of last year's Triple Tiara and the other was at this class and distance in January. Moon Se-young stays on, she draws nicely, and this is the kind of race she should be aiming to win. (7) VISION POWER was a winner over 1700M two starts back and then ran 2nd at this distance on his first try at this class on May 17th. He remains under a light weight and should be close again here. (9) TRAUM KING has his recent form reading very well at a mile and while he stretches out to two turns for the first time, it can suit. (8) CHEONJANGSA and (10) ZETTA MASTER will both need to forgiven their respective latest efforts and can be considered for a place.

Seoul Race 11: Class 1 (2000M) Handicap / KRW 110 Million
Competitive finale and while it is class 1 it has a rating cap of 95. (11) BLACK BELT won a similar affair over the same distance on June 1st, beating plenty of today's rivals. He has to contend with a weight raise of 3,5kg as well as the widest gate, but both can be overcome, and he can win again. (8) GANGPUNGMA is a two-time winner at this distance most recently at class 1 in April. He ran 2nd to Black Belt in that June 1st race and will have plenty of backers to reverse the form this time. (10) MAGIC POTION has won his latest four, leading every step of the way in each and most recently his first go at this distance at class 2 level. He is lightly weighted and five in a row isn't impossible. (2) MIGHTY CHIP and (1) FIRE POWER are others in the hunt.
