Sporting the well-renowned colours of Nick Bradley Racing, Karl Burke's hardy stayer took his record to three wins from four this season with a dominant front-running display in the Group 3 Silver Cup at York.

"He's an awesome horse to own, we've had him three or four years now and each year we learn a little bit more about him. Cliff (Lee, jockey) learns more about him each time he rides him, and we've got it right the last two times at York," Bradley told Sky Sports Racing.

"He hits the flat spot when they all catch up to him, but then he digs in and battles back won with any amount in hand again on Saturday, I would say."

The son of Awtaad could take in trips to Goodwood and York before dipping his toe into Group 1 company for the first time in the Irish Leger at the Curragh on September 14th.

"There is a Group 3 at Goodwood (Glorious Stakes). I'm hoping a lot of horses go for the Goodwood Cup and we can go for the Group 3," added Bradley.

"His targets beyond that are the Lonsdale Cup back at York and the race we think will suit him the most is the Irish St Leger.

"Those are the three races we've got pencilled in, if he was to skip any of them, he'll skip Goodwood, but we're kind of working back from the Irish Leger.

"Kyprios being retired was a big help to us. He was an awesome horse and him being retired has given us the opportunity to aim a little bit higher.

"Al Qareem has put his hand up this year, certainly on his last two starts, to show that he's more than capable of competing at that level."
